Our Response and Escalation Process

Our Technical Assistance Center will address client issues based on the severity of the problem.  We triage issues much like a hospital emergency room... patients with life threatening issues are cared for first.  Issues that are interrupting business operations or are affecting multiple users will be addressed before issues that are affecting an indivdual user.

Is there anything I can try myself to correct my computer issues
before submitting a ticket or calling the Technical Assistance Center?

Sometimes simply shutting off your computer and powering it back on can assist in resolving common problems. Other issues may be caused by loose cables connected on the back of your computer - please ensure that all cables are tightly plugged in.
